HYDRO HOT TUBS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. PAYMENT
1a. A deposit of £50 per hot tub or £100 per swimming pool is payable when booking to secure the hire.
1b. The deposit is non refundable if a booking is cancelled before or during the hire.
1c. If the hirer cancels the hire during the hire period no refunds will be given.
1d. The fee for all hired goods and any delivery fee (if applicable) is payable at the latest on delivery by cash, card. The hot tub will not be left until full payment has been made. If full payment is not made, the hot tub will be removed and the deposit will not be refunded back.
1e. Hydro Hot Tubs reserve the right not to accept a booking.
1f. If a booking is cancelled as this booking does not fall within our delivery area the deposit is not refundable.
2. DELIVERY AND COLLECTION
2a. Delivery will be any time between 9.00am and 7.00pm unless an alternative time has been pre arranged. Collection times will be arranged at delivery, Please let Hydro Hot Hot Tubs know before delivery or collection if these times are no longer suitable.
2b. You will receive via email a time window for delivery / collection on the night before delivery / collection or on the morning before delivery / collection this time window is subject to change.
2c. We will let you know when we are on our way to you via email.
2d. We offer a live delivery tracking service so you are able to track your delivery live times are subject to traffic and other situations beyond our control.
2e. Delivery and collection is part of the hire period i.e 5 day hire period :- Day 1 drop off and set up, Day 5 use of the hot tub up until collection.
2f. If the hirer stops Hydro Hot Tubs collecting all their goods or is not available at the time of collection, a £25 charge will be applicable for every 30 minutes.
2f. Swimming pools may require two visits to set up due to the volume of water.
2g, If hydro hot tubs are unable to delivery the hot tub or swimming pool on the scheduled delivery we will make one further attempt to deliver the same day or the following day this may incur a separate delivery charge.
2h. If upon delivery we are unable to set up the swimming pool or hot tub as the area to do so is unsuitable there will be a cancellation charge applied to the booking the charges are set out in section 12 of the terms and conditions.
3. SET UP
3a. Hydro Hot Tubs are not liable for the amount of time it takes to fill the hot tub or swimming pool.
3b. The hot tubs can take approx.12-36 hours to heat depending on which hot tub you hire and the weather conditions.
3c. Hydro Hot Tubs will not be liable if the swimming pool or hot tub has not heated to the set temperature within the time guides, as these are set by the manufacturer and are dependent on local weather conditions.
3d. Swimming pools are supplied as standard with a solar panel and are reliant on the sun to heat the water.
4. DURING THE HIRE
4a. It is essential that anyone using the hot tub or swimming pool showers before entering the hot tub or swimming pool .
4b. NO glow sticks, glitter or silly string, are permitted in the hot tub or swimming pool.
4c. Remove any fake tan products, make up, sun creams or body creams before entering the hot tub or swimming pool as these products will permanently stain the liner and clog the filter.
4d. Only swimming clothing is to be worn in the hot tub or swimming pool.
4e.Glow sticks are not to be used as they can stain the liner permanently which will result in the hirer being invoiced for a new liner.
4f. Silly string is not to be used this can block up the motor and filter and stain the liner and will result in the cost of a new pump, liner or both.
4g. Please do not attempt to move the hot tub or swimming pool at any time.
4h. The hired equipment at all times remains the property of Hydro Hot Tubs We reserve the right to terminate the hire contract at anytime and collect the hired goods.
4i. The hot tub or swimming pool must remain switched on and operational during the period of hire, If the hot tub or swimming pool is switched off or drained without prior consent a testing fee of £65.00 will be charged.
4j. The hired equipment remains the property of Hydro Hot Tubs at all times.
5. SAFETY
5a. The hirer is responsible for the safe use of the hot tub or swimming pool during the hire period.
5b. Children must be supervised at all times.
5c. Please do not allow pets in the hot tub or swimming pool.
5d. Please check the water temperature before allowing anyone to enter the hot tub or swimming pool.
6. DAMAGE
5a. The hirer is responsible for the hot tub or swimming pool during the hire period and any damage found by Hydro Hot Tubs staff on collection is to be paid for by the hirer in full that being either cost for repair or replacement.
5b. The hot tub or swimming pool will be inspected on delivery and any damage will be noted so if any damage is caused during the hire, it cannot be disputed.
5c. Please report any damage to Hydro Hot Tubs as soon as possible.
5d. If on collection the hot tub is heavilly stained the hirer will be charged a cleaning fee of £100 if the stains are not removable then the hirer will be liable for the cost of a new liner at current market value.
7. FAULTS
7a. Please report any faults with the equipment to Hydro Hot Tubs as soon as possible.
7b. If anything goes wrong with the hot tub or swimming pool, Hydro Hot Tubs will provide a replacement of the faulty parts or provide a new hot tub, if available. This may not be the same hot tub as you originally hired.
7c. If the fault is not reported to Hydro Hot Tubs and we are not given the opportunity to correct the problem, no refund will be given.
7d. If any other hired goods have a fault, Hydro Hot Tubs will provide a replacement, if available.
8. REFUNDS
8a. If the booking is cancelled during the hire, the deposit and hire fee are non refundable.
8b. Deposits are non refundable it is the hires responsibility to make sure that the correct delivery / collection charge if applicable is applied to the booking at the time of booking.
8c. Deposits will not be refunded if the customer has not applied the correct delivery / collection charge during booking and no longer wants to proceed with the booking with the correct delivery charge in place.
8d. Hydro Hot Tubs will only provide a refund for the hire fee if a replacement part is not available and no spare hot tub is available if a fault is found and is not user error. This will be refunded within 7 to 14 business days.
8e. We reserve the right to charge an cancellation admin fee for booking made that does not fall within our delivery area as per our delivery page https://hydrohottubs.com/free-delivery-area/
9. PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE
9a. Hydro hot Tubs provide Public Liability Insurance.
9b. We provide Public Liability insurance for the insurance of our staff whilst on hire's property.
9c. We do not supervise the hot tub or swimming pool during the hire period, this is the responsibility of the hirer.
10. DISCLAIMER
10a. Hydro Hot Tubs will not take any responsibility for any injuries or irritations caused to any persons.
10b. The hirer is responsible for the hot tub or swimming pool and its users during the hire period.
10c. Hydro Hot Tubs will not be held liable for any damage caused to any property during the hire period e.g. checking maximum weight capacity of the area etc.
10d. Hydro Hot Tubs are not responsible for any utility charges incurred.
11. INSPECTION OF THE HOT TUB & SWIMMING POOL
11a. The hot tub or swimming pool will be inspected on delivery with the hirer so any damage caused previously is noted.
11b. The rental agreement will be referred to if there is any dispute regarding damage caused during the hire period.
11c. On collection of the hot tub or swimming pool , any damage will be noted and the hirer will be responsible for full payment.
11d. Photos will be taken before the hire commences in case of any disputes regarding damage.
11e. The hot tub or swimming pool must be returned in the same condition it was left in.
12. CANCELLATION
12a. The following cancellation charges apply for the cancellation of a hot tub booking this is in addition to the non refundable deposit
12b. The following cancellation charges apply for the cancellation of a swimming pool booking this is in addition to the non refundable deposit
12c. Cancellation charges are payable at the time of cancellation.
13. AMENDMENTS
13a. Hydro Hot Tubs reserve to right to make changes to our terms and conditions without notice
