All of our hot tubs are either soft tubs or sectional tubs which means as long as a person can get through we can get our tubs through.

Our hot tubs can be placed on any level surface. We also place the hot tubs on rubber matting to help with heat retention and enhance the bathers experience.

If you could please make sure we have access to a water supply ideally an outside tap. We will also need a power supply that can be left plugged in and on during the course of the hire. Don't worry we bring our own extension leads and hoses.

All of our hot tubs require just a household 13amp supply. We supply any extension leads that maybe required.

We bring everything you need for the hire period. We only use high quality water treatments and we will prepare the hot tub for your use. We may also leave you with a sachet of water treatment to administer yourself if the hire is more than four days.

Once the equipment has been set up, the hot tub will be treated with chemicals in preparation for your use. The hot tub then may be left to fill under your supervision at request.

Sadly not the hot tubs are designed to be in constant use. You can turn the heat off if you have finished using the hot tub but please leave the filter circulation on.

We recommend an area of 2.5m x 2.5m for our smaller hot tubs and 3m x 3m feet for the larger hot tubs.

We do not  currently supply gazebos due to insurance restrictions.

The swimming pools are sectional so they come in parts that can be easilly taken through any access that one of our staff can get through.

Our swimming pool can be placed on any level surface. We also place the swimming pool on a ground sheet to help with protection and enhance the bathers experience.

The pool will  take around 12 hours to fill up depending on your water pressure. We cannot turn the pumps on straight away so what we will normally do is come back the next day once the hot tub has been filled to complete the setup.

We recommend a level area of at least 30ft x 12ft.

The swimming pool will come with a solar panel heater which does not require a seperate power supply.
